Terms and Condition

I. General Term
- Please provide clear instructions.
- Please provide a solid & clear reference photo.
- The work will range from week/s to a month depending on the request.
- Artist will update every detail of the work. (All screenshots will be send via email and/or chat)
- Client will only have a maximum of 3 revisions; every revision has an additional charge.
- All commission pieces are for personal use only.
- Artist has the right to cancel any commission if the reference or instructions are not clear or understandable.
- Revisions is not acceptable once the process has been send & agreed to the client.
- Artist will not accept any rush work.
- No cancellations & refunds once the rough sketch has been send.
- Artist have the right to post any commission piece for portfolio purposes.
- All finished pieces will be sent in soft copies in JPEG or PNG. This will be sent to the client via email.II. Payment Method
- Client must pay 50% of the price before the artist can start working and another 50% once the work is done.
- Client must first pay the revision charge before the artist will revise the piece.
- Revision charge will depend on the price offered to the client. (Revision charge per canvas only.)
ex.)
Offer price = 500.00
500.00 – 20.00 = 480.00
480.00 / 3 = 160.00 (per revision)

- Artist logo removal is not acceptable.
- Official license brand or logo are not acceptable.
- Do not claim the artwork as your own.
